In this video I wanted to share with a request from a lawn care client of mine.  He asked me to help him create a lawn care marketing plan using social media and the web to get more fertilizer customers.

By showing you the lawn care marketing plan I came up with for him you can see first hand how this lawn marketing plan could be applied to your business.   Even if your business is not a lawn care business you will still be able to learn a lot.  The same principals in this online marketing plan can apply to any business.  Even if it is not a lawn care business.

Lawn Care Marketing PlanIn the video I give you the exact system I will be using for my client.  Some of the techniques involve paid traffic.  Some involve Free traffic.  Below is an outline of what I cover in the video:

Paid Traffic

For getting people to call my client and become new fertilizer customers we are going to look at two paid traffic sources – Google and Facebook Ads.  In the video I tell you exactly how I will set up his paid marketing campaigns for his lawn care marketing plan.  I tell you exactly how we will do it with Google’s new click-to-call feature.  I also tell you how we will use Facebook Ads to make a simple campaign that will get even more lawn care clients (hint: it involves the phone numbers of his customer list).

Free Traffic

In the video I talk about a few techniques on how we can email his existing customer base to get more fertilizer clients.  I show you how to break up the campaign and segment his email list to get the best results.  Then I talk about a simple yet powerful craigslist ad we can post.  Craigslist works great. But many business owners do know how well it can work for a lawn care (or other local) business.

I finish up by talking about other methods we will use  to get new clients.  These include customer referral programs,   offers sent out through monthly invoices, yard signs, and more.
