Facebook For Realtors Where To Start?

Facebook For Realtors SignIf you want to use Facebook for realtors then you will get the best results by using Facebook Ads.  Building up your Facebook Fan page is not the best strategy because very few of the people who liked your page will ever see your status updates.  It is the status updates that you want to post that will get them to call you that they will not see.  The reason is pretty simple:  Most people just won’t like, comment, or share these kinds of posts and they will die.

The good news is using Facebook Ads when doing Facebook for realtors is not very expensive.  You can get your message out there are start generating leads very inexpensively with what I am about to share with you.

Facebook For RealtorsHow To Set Up Your Ad – Take the homes you have for sale and pick the ones that are getting you the most calls.  Set up a simple carousel ad on Facebook.  A carousel ad will let people on Facebook look at the different pictures of the property.  It works very much like the different photos you get to flip through on Reatlor.com.  Simply send them right back to the listing page with your photo on it.

Who To Target –  The best results will come if you take your own client list and upload it into Facebook.  Facebook can analayze your past and currently clients to see what they all have in common.  It will take those people and make something called a “look-a-like” audience.  A look-a-like audience is just that.  People who look “just like” your exisitng clients.  So use that look-a-like audience with people in your home town.  You should be somewhere around 100,000 people for your audience.  This is the perfect size audience you are looking for.

Target Web Traffic – See if you can add the Facebook Tracking pixel to your web page.  People who are casually browsing your properties can be tagged with this Facebook Tracking pixel.  It will add these people to a custom audience.  This is a great technique for Facebook for realtors because you can set up a simple $1 or $2 campaign to show your properties to your web visitors.  It will make them much more likely to come back to your site.
